Account Data: Name, specialization, contact details, and professional credentials for doctor verification.
Clinical Usage Logs: Anonymized logs of symptoms, diagnostic criteria, and analysis queries to improve the AI algorithm.
Technical Data: IP address, device information, and tracking tokens (Meta fbp/fbc) for security and professional reach.

2. Patient Data Confidentiality

ChikitsaQ AI follows zero-retention principles for raw patient clinical notes where possible. Patient data entered into the clinical assistant is processed in real-time. We do not sell or monetize sensitive patient health information to third-party pharmaceutical or insurance entities.

3. How We Use Data

Collected data is used to:

Optimize the AI model's clinical accuracy.
Detect and prevent professional fraud or abuse of the tools.
Provide personalized medical research updates and leads (if opted-in).

4. Advertising & Tracking

We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) for professional outreach. This involves transmitting technical identifiers (such as fbp and fbc) and professional registration events to Meta. We maintain a strict policy of Hashing PII (Personally Identifiable Information) before transmission to ensure your privacy as a professional user.

5. Right to Deletion

Physicians have the right to request a complete deletion of their professional account and all associated metadata. Upon request, we will purge all identifiable account records from our primary production databases within 30 days.
